Services Provided
I provide compassionate, confidential counseling tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I am here to help you navigate life’s challenges and build skills for lasting change.
Couples Counseling
Every relationship has its ups and downs, but sometimes it helps to have a neutral, skilled professional guide the conversation. In couples counseling, I can help you and your partner reconnect and communicate more effectively. Common reasons couples seek therapy include:
- Frequent arguments or recurring conflicts
- Feeling emotionally distant or disconnected
- Infidelity or trust issues
- Differences in parenting, finances, or long-term goals
- Strengthening the relationship before marriage (premarital counseling)
Individual Therapy
Individual sessions provide a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on in your life. Together, we’ll work to help you gain insight, find balance, and develop healthier ways of coping. I focus on supporting clients with:
- Family Trauma
- Grief and loss
- Addiction
- ADHD
- Family Conflicts
Family Counseling
Families can be a source of great support, but they can also experience tension or breakdowns in communication. Family counseling helps members work through conflicts and develop more understanding, cooperation, and respect. I often assist families dealing with:
- Parent-child conflicts
- Sibling rivalry or tension
- Adjusting to divorce, separation, or blended families
- Behavioral challenges in children or teens including ADHD/ Autism
- Coping with major life changes or loss
Finances:
I currently accept several insurance plans in Wyoming and Utah. Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Triwest and several EAP companies. My self-pay rate is $115 for individual therapy and $125 for couples/ families. I do offer a sliding fee.
A caring space that honors the whole journey.
I am a therapist who believes that no one is beyond support and that everyone deserves compassion, even (and especially) when life feels messy. I specialize in helping adults and teenagers untangle the patterns, addictions, and behaviors rooted in childhood trauma.
I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, IFS, and REBT to help clients understand their inner world, build healthier coping strategies, and create change that actually lasts. My style is warm, straightforward, sometimes sprinkled with a little humor. Therapy can be hard work, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy.
I hold an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Westminster University. Before private practice, I worked in nonprofit organizations, substance use treatment programs, and community mental health centers.
Coming from a family with its own history of addiction and mental health challenges, I know how difficult it can be to break old cycles, but I also know it’s possible. If you’re ready to work on creating a safer, healthier life for yourself, I’d be honored to help.
